Johan’s music will be heard in cinemas worldwide as Marvel’s much anticipated action adventure Madame Web, starring Dakota Johnson, opens internationally on February 14, 2024. The film is directed by S.J. Clarkson, for whom Johan also scored the Netflix series Anatomy of a Scandal in 2022. Distributed by Columbia Pictures/Sony, the film tells the story of Cassandra Webb who develops the power to foresee the future. Johan wrote the complete score out of his studio in Sweden, but the orchestral sessions took place in New York with Lucas Richman conducting. The score album will be released by Madison Gate Records.
